The policy covers the smoking of any tobacco product; the use of smokeless tobacco and electronic cigarettes.

The company believes that smoking has the potential to damage the health to the smoker and is detrimental to the health of those in close proximity to the smoker. It also poses a safety hazard with a potential for the cause of fire or explosion.

Therefore, all Aquaris Offshore’s premises and location including offices, company vehicle, offshore facilities, platforms, rigs, barges and helicopters are designated as non-smoking areas. Smoking would only be allowed in the area specifically designated and posted as

“Smoking Area”.

Every person in Aquaris Offshore’s premises and facilities is required to comply with “No Smoking Policy”. Any person who violates this policy will be subjected to disciplinary action.

This policy relies on thoughtfulness, consideration and cooperation of smokers and non-smoker for its success.
